Her services are intended to support wellbeing and may help alleviate a range of physical, mental and emotional challenges, enabling you to live more comfortably and with greater ease.
If you have a health concern, medical emergency, or general health question, please consult your GP, call 111, or 999 in an emergency.
Payments
Payments can be made in advance by BACs or cash.
📋 Cancellation & Health Policies
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please contact us to discuss the reasons as soon as you are able to.

Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours' notice if you are unable to make your arranged appointment.

Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate of the lesson.

Practitioner Cancellations: If Michelle Wheatley needs to cancel, a full refund will be given for any lessons not received.
Travel & Accommodation Notice
If you are visiting the Isle of Wight for lessons and have booked a ferry or accommodation, please note that we cannot be held responsible for these travel costs if a cancellation occurs. We strongly suggest taking out your own travel insurance to cover any potential losses.
Illness & Public Health

Contagious Symptoms: If you or your child have a fever, diarrhoea, or vomiting, please ensure you are completely clear of symptoms for at least 48 hours before attending your lesson. (This does not apply if the symptom is non-contagious and related to an existing, long-term condition or diagnosis).

Colds & Masking: If Michelle Wheatley has a cold, she will ask whether you would like her to wear a mask. We ask for the same mutual consideration. If you or your child have a cold but are unable to wear a mask, please let us know in advance so that we can wear one to protect everyone.
Background Music
When music is played it will only be Royalty free music within the business and therefore we are not required to have The PPL PRS Music Licence.
Insurance
Michelle Wheatley is insured with Balens Insurance Company.
