Michelle Wheatley does not claim to diagnose or cure any medical condition.
Her services are intended to support wellbeing and may help alleviate a range of physical, mental and emotional challenges, enabling you to live more comfortably and with greater ease.
If you have a health concern, medical emergency, or general health question, please consult your GP, call 111, or 999 in an emergency.

Payments
​
​Payments can be made in advance by BACs or cash.
​
Cancellation Policy​
​
If you need to cancel, please contact us and discuss the reasons as soon as you are able to.
​
A 24 hour cancellation policy is in place- If you are unable to make an arranged appointment you are requested to give at least 24 hours notice.
Less than 24 hours notice you will be charged for the lesson/session.

If Michelle Wheatley needs to cancel then a full refund of money paid will be given for any lessons/sessions not received. If you are visiting the Isle of Wight for lessons/sessions and have booked a ferry and accommodation, we cannot be held responsible for these costs and suggest that you take out your own insurance to cover any loses.

Illness
If you or your child have a fever, diarrhoea, or vomiting, please ensure you are clear of symptoms for at least 48 hours before attending lessons or sessions.
(This does not apply if the symptom is related to an existing condition or diagnosis and is a non-contagious, manageable symptom that you live with on a daily basis.)
If Michelle Wheatley has a cold, she will ask whether you would like her to wear a mask. We ask for the same consideration: if you or your child have a cold but are unable to wear a mask, please let us know so that we can wear one instead

Background Music
When music is played it will only be Royalty free music within the business and therefore we are not required to have The PPL PRS Music Licence.

Insurance
Michelle Wheatley is insured with Balens Insurance Company.
