All About Me

All About Me

  🌿 MY APPROACH

I believe that wellbeing, learning, and growth happen most naturally when we feel safe, supported, and connected.

My work is grounded in the understanding that lasting positive change comes through awareness, curiosity, and gentle exploration — not pressure or force. Through movement, learning, and holistic wellbeing approaches, I support children and adults to develop greater ease, resilience, confidence, and possibility in everyday life.

I recognise that wellbeing is deeply interconnected, and that physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health all influence one another. My approach brings these elements together to support the whole person.

  🧠 MY STORY

I was first introduced to the Feldenkrais Method® — the work that later inspired Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® — during my time at university. With a background in dance, drama, and education, I went on to qualify and work as a primary school teacher in the UK, USA, and Asia for over ten years.

My journey into Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® began while searching for ways to support my son, who has complex needs. After visiting the ABM Centre in San Rafael and meeting Anat Baniel in person, I joined her professional training programme in 2016.

This experience profoundly shaped both my personal and professional life, deepening my understanding of how movement, awareness, and the Nine Essentials can create meaningful change and new possibilities.

Alongside this work, I completed an MSc in Psychology and continued developing my understanding of wellbeing, learning, mental health, and human potential.

  🌱 HOW I WORK

I aim to create a calm, supportive, and collaborative environment where learning and positive change can emerge naturally.

My work combines professional training, personal experience, education, movement-based learning, and holistic wellbeing approaches. Whether working with children, adults, parents, or families, I tailor sessions and support to the individual needs, goals, and circumstances of each person.

I continue to expand my knowledge in education, bodywork, wellbeing, and understanding medical conditions and diagnoses, recognising that growth and learning are lifelong processes for us all.
